The Artfully Crafted is not only making high-quality furniture and handycraft, but we are also committed to the sustainability of our planet’s limited resource. We strive to reduce, reuse, and recycle manufacturing by-products and employ other creative solutions to conserve natural resources.
Our product is 100% handmade, using natural material from Indonesia. It is therefore impossible to produce identical products, even though they are crafted by professionals. We believe that the natural imperfections and blemishes are what make this product charming, unique and beyond.
We have experience in the world of rattan production from Indonesia, West Java with a license (BSCI) and for wood (SVLK or FLEGHT). We always maintain the trust of buyers or costumers from the legality of WOOD, WOOD quality and production quality.

Frequently Ask Questions [FAQ]
Minimum Order & Change Order
- 1x20ft container, Mix design is allowed with minimum 10pcs / design.
- 1x20ft is equal with 60 pcs peacock chairs. If the order not peacock chairs, please make resume with details orders ( models and quantity ) , so we can help to calculate total CBM. We will inform you if the order is already fit 1x20ft or need adjustment.
- Change order not allowed after start on production progress.
Production Time, Sample, & Packing
- Production time 10-12 weeks after down payment received.
- Sample cost will be charged for new customer, including shipping cost, Free sample applied for regular buyer.
- Wrapping Paper ( export standard for sea shipping )Box ( Base on request ). Extra service cost for special packaging, labelling and other.
Payment Term & Cancellation
- FOB Term : 50% Down payment, 50% after days receiving copy document ( Copy bill of landing, Invoice, Packing List, etc. ) before shipment .
- No cancellation order after down payment received. No Refund.
Guaranty & Complaint
- Providing extra product units during shipment as a form of warranty, but only for certain products.
- Product claims ultimately within 5 days after the goods received and must also have a picture include. without such complaint the goods are deemed accepted. Claim / Replacement will be deduct in the next invoice. No refund/Transfer back
Private label / EOM
- Customers can choose the current products in our stock or use their own design. We can customize the size, color, style according to request.
- Customers can request to use standard packaging or carton packaging with their own pre-printed logo and code number for shipping process.
- We can install your brand/logo, we can also help you to develop and design the logo you want.
Cost
- The estimated price of the product can only be determined after adjusting the product selection variations with the packaging chosen by the customer.
